The two apartments are ideal for a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of the center, just 900 meters from the stunning beaches of Eros and Vlychada. The large garden, magnificent sea views, and vibrant sunsets are what set this accommodation apart. You can also enjoy fresh local products directly from the garden.
The planning of the tourist unit began in 2022, with the villa opening in 2023 as an innovative, energy-efficient accommodation that adheres to European standards of "green" tourism. The property spans 4.5 acres, accommodating the villa, garden, farm, and parking.
